By accessing and using Unlock Mart's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Unlock Mart for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Unlock Mart
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

If you are a vendor using our platform:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You agree to provide quality products and services
  • You are responsible for fulfilling orders and customer service
  • You agree to our commission structure and payment terms

6. Payment Terms

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received before order processing. We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
