Returns

⏰ Time Limit: You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to request a return.

📋 Important: Please inspect your item before signing the delivery note.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • It must be in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items should be returned only to the pickup point provided by Unlock Mart

We Cannot Accept Returns or Replacements For:

  • Products showing physical damage to packaging, labels, or the item itself
  • Products returned without all original accessories, such as manuals, cables, or retail boxes
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • For approved refunds, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount

How to Return Your Order

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

  1. Open the Unlock Mart App or website
  2. Go to Account → Quick Actions → Support → Create a Complaint
  3. Once your request is confirmed, our support team will guide you to the nearest pickup point
  4. After receiving and inspecting your item, we'll process your refund or replacement promptly

Order Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Important Notice:

  • Orders can only be canceled while still in processing
  • All cancellation requests must be made through the Unlock Mart app or website
  • Requests made via phone, WhatsApp, or social media will not be acknowledged

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will send you an email notification confirming receipt
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
